A decade ago, we were leading indigenous manufacturer, and pioneers in our field. We have made great headway since then. Our trajectory over these last ten years has been dotted with new product launches, industry-first innovations, technology integrations and countless success stories. Today, we are not just India’s largest manufacturer of Terminal Blocks, we have emerged as a truly global company – with 202 distributors across India and 50+ distributors across the globe. Here are some of the highlights from what has been for us a ‘Decade of Evolution’.

Up until 2010, we only had 45,000 sq. feet of plant area. In the last decade, we have added more than 200,000 sq. feet to our manufacturing facilities all over the world. The outcome: increased production capacity.
LEADING WITH AUTOMATION
Over the last decade, we have managed to successfully integrate cutting-edge Automation technology into our systems and processes.
We replaced our earlier Hydraulic Injecting moulding machines with new CNC controlled Electric ones.Today, we are equipped to handle 600 tonnes of plastic along with 1500 tonnes of metal raw material.We have a state-of-the-art tooling division that produces moulds and sheet metal at 5 micron accuracy.Our fully automated, factory-integrated warehouse uses Machine Intelligence to ensure faster deliveries.Our automated Logistics Centre enables complete traceability of materials and facilitates a robust Batch Management process.
INNOVATING ALL THE WAY
Right through this decade we’ve managed to constantly upgrade our product line, adding new and innovative features with every upgrade.
In 2014, we launched the new CX series – a complete re-engineering of our existing line of spring clamp Terminal Blocks.In 2017, we launched the next-generation CY series Terminal Blocks, employing latest features in screw clamp technology.In 2018, we became the First Indian Company to launch the CP series PUSH IN connection Terminal Blocks.

Connectwell is one of the few manufacturers in our field to get the Underwriter laboratories Inc. (UL) recognition for our Test Data Lab under the Witness Test Data Program.
Today we are an ISO 9001:2015 Company.As part of our Quality Assurance program, we have also set up an Environmental Test Chamber where we simulate the ageing of products.
